  If you need paper services go somewhere else. I came here to get two copies of 123 pages, Initially I thought it was 86 but was incorrect. Whitney helped me. She was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. When she brought me the two copies one set was very noticeably larger than the other. I asked Whitney and she shrugged and agreed they were not the same. Whitney went through about 70 pages of one stack and said thats all she can do. I asked of she could just refund me and shred the copies since they clearly were mixed up. Whitney said she would have to charge me again for shredding. When I went to leave Whitney put the stacks of copies together further mixing things up. I think this was just a mistake because she was flustered. Now I'm out $61.10 and I still did not accomplish what I came to do. I was looking to get copies and not have to spend the time sorting through all the papers to make sure they are organized properly. I'm headed to FedEx now to do that in hopes they can do a better job. Ya'll need to do better. **update** After UPS responded to my review, I emailed the following to them on May 17: "I received your response requesting me to reach out after I had a negative experience at your store. I think I laid out everything in my review but if you would like additional information, please don't hesitate to ask." I have yet to hear back from them.
