  I was carrying a heavy package and the employee came and opened the door for me and took the package to the counter for me!

  I stopped to ship a prepaid return package. I had my own box it was all taped up all I needed was the label printed. They wanted to charge over $4.00 to print the label. Needless to say I took it to the post office where they printed the label for free.

  From the moment we walked in, Porscha Beasley was extraordinary. Not just to us, but to every customer who came before us and after us. Her professionalism, courtesy, and genuine warmth stood out immediately. She carried herself with confidence, patience, and an ease that made everyone feel seen and respected. In a time when great customer service is becoming rare, Porscha reminded us of what excellence actually looks like. Her rapport with customers was natural, her attention to detail impeccable, and her presence alone elevated the entire experience. I actually turned around and went back into the store just to make sure someone knew how amazing she was. So for anyone reading this, if you ever need to choose a UPS Store, choose this one. Even if it’s a bit of a drive. This location is beautiful, not just for convenience, but because of courtesy, professionalism, and care. And Porscha, if you ever see this or hear about it, please know that the day my aunt and I came in to have documents notarized for a sorority meant more to us than you may realize.   Tony was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain things clearly, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and truly went above and beyond to be helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend Tony—top-tier service and great energy all around.
