  The whole store smelled of weed. The customer was good. One male team member had slippers, bed shorts, bonnet, and white tank top. Completely unprofessional.

  I was greeted today by the nicest man named Tony & the sweetest lady named Porsche. I’m not to computer savvy and Tony was more than willing to help me with my Amazon returns. Their genuine kindness is what makes people like me want to return and continue to do business with them. The owner of this establishment should know that he/she has 2 great employees running this store.

  The service was great. I was frustrated dealing with locating the shipping label info and Tony Card was very helpful for me every step of the way he showed me how to locate the info and track everything afterwards. I was very pleased with my service. Thanks Tony!

  I had a great experience at the UPS Store! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, which made me feel welcomed. Tony provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Every question I asked, he answered confidently and without hesitation. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process quick and easy. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. Thank you, Tony, for making my visit such a positive experience!
