  Absolutely ridiculous at service! I made an appointment for a notary at 1pm via website. However, when I arrived I was told they would be in at 1:30. Then they changed the time to 2:00 and now they won’t be available until 2:30pm. I understand things happened but at the same time why have an appointment available for 1pm and not be present to complete the service. Both associates did not seem to care at all. This by far has been the WORST experience at UPS I have EVER had!

  Just left taking back some Amazon returns. I walked in and employee has ear buds in. I spoke and he never removed ear buds or made any comments. Starts processing my returns and finally pulls out ear buds to tell me there is a problem with one of the returns. I can’t figure out the issue and ask if he has any ideas. He looks at me like I’ve lost my mind and says, “NO!” I get the issue figured out and he never says a word and just hands me the receipt. I’m glad the kid is out working and has a job and I don’t even have a problem that he had in ear buds, but at least remove them and acknowledge your customer when they come in the door and don’t stand there looking at them like they have 3 heads! It’s called customer service and good manners!!!
