  I was recently in the Bowman UPS store location with a thousand Amazon returns. The two employees helping me that day were SO helpful and patient and kind. It was a huge (and annoying) job getting all my returns boxed and sorted and they didn’t complain or make me feel guilty. I was dreading going into the store to even start my returns because a lot of times, now days, you’re dealing with crappy, lazy employees and these two really impressed me and I appreciate their help! Their names are Mahogany Rice and Christian Williams and I really hope they are recognized. It took like 3 hours to process all my returns that day and in between my returns, they were still helping other customers and getting them in and out efficiently.

  I always use this location for shipping my packages. I do a lot of online buying and sewing and am able to do a one stop shot at this store. It’s a beautiful, clean store basket, efficient staff, and services. Everyone that works. There is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our post office is clear on the other side of town and despite that I am always able to manage my USPS UPS and other shipping me from this location, so grateful five stars up thank you to all.

  Walked into store on 06/13/2026 after 12:15 PM. No employee in store. Another customer had been unloading his packages and said he had not seen anyone while he was unloading and had been doing that for some minutes. Called the store phone but no answer. By now, three customers were behind me. Finally UPS employee walked in, no apology for the wait or even acknowledgement that we were there. He did immediately take my return but had nothing to say. Customer drop off area was very cluttered.

  Absolutely ridiculous at service! I made an appointment for a notary at 1pm via website. However, when I arrived I was told they would be in at 1:30. Then they changed the time to 2:00 and now they won’t be available until 2:30pm. I understand things happened but at the same time why have an appointment available for 1pm and not be present to complete the service. Both associates did not seem to care at all. This by far has been the WORST experience at UPS I have EVER had!
