  Did a mobile order on a road trip, went in to use the bathroom and noticed DEAD ROACHES ON THE FLOOR. Disgusting. Do not eat at Subway. Not to mention their customer service is nonexistent, good luck getting anything other than their AI chatbot “Sammy.” Will not be back to this or any subway location in the future.

  Wife and I stopped by for lunch while on a road trip to ATL, and although it was slightly busy, I gotta give props to the woman behind the counter on 5/25/26. (I believe her name began with a W) Even with a line 5 people deep, she was multitasking like a boss! I could tell that the people behind us were bit annoyed with having to wait, however she assisted everyone as best as she could by herself. (I dont know if anyone else was there, but it looked like she was the only employee there) Either way, props to whoever was working at this location on Memorial day!

  I understand that some subways are owned privately but not giving me some condiments because I didn’t buy it from there is crazy work . I just wanted some of the peppercorn ranch, the other subway I brought it from left it out my bag I was even willing to pay for it but it was a firm No! So I will Never go to that subway on Hartley Bridge

  Went to Store on Hartley Bridge and at 8:56pm the door was locked and the guy working there said they were closed. On the internet it states closed at 9:30. What time do you really close?

  Came at 5:05pm and waited until 5:11pm, no one ever came to service me. Door was unlocked, hours posted said it closes at 9pm. Called the store while inside to see if anyone would answer, NOTHING. What kind of Subway is this?!
