  I ordered a set of $1,500 Michelin Run-flat tires. Fed-Ex allegedly left them by the mailbox like trash, down the hill from my house. I never received them. Yet, they walked packages to the front door 2 days in a row AFTER my tires never made it to me.

  I had a terrible experience. They didn’t deliver my package the day it said out for delivery and I had to stay home to wait for it because I had to sign for it. I called after the intended delivery time was passed and they told me they were only 20-30 minutes out. 2 hours later, I called again and was guaranteed it would be there, so I never left my house. The package never showed up, and I paid a lot for overnight shipping. Normally I let this go, but this was for business and had to be returned that Monday. On that Friday, the package never even said out for delivery, so I called again and once again was told that it would definitely be there that day. I stayed home all day and of course, it never showed up. A huge waste of my time and bad for my business. I was lied to multiple times. She delivers the package that Monday after it had been recalled by the company that shipped it. Someone was at my house unaware of the situation and went ahead and signed for it. They were told that the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. I thought that was weird considering they needed a signature, they never marked it as delivered, and no photo was taken of it being delivered. More like another lie. There have been multiple times where I had no choice but FedEx, and almost every time they never deliver the day they put out for deliver, this is just the first time it affected me in such a negative way. If you can avoid using them, I highly recommend it.
