  I upgraded my phone from a iPhone 7 to a iPhone 12 and the store manger Terri helped me she was very Professional and very knowledgeable about the different phones we need more people in customer service like Terri I highly recommend this store ( cricket on Tom hill sr blvd ) for all of your phone needs Terri will make sure your good to go before u walk out the door.
