Scathing Review Absolutely terrible customer service and an extremely disappointing experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. I purchased a battery that was still under warranty, yet when the battery continued dying after already being charged, they refused to honor the warranty in a reasonable way. Instead of standing behind a product I paid nearly $300 for, I was told they needed to keep charging and testing the battery again. The customer service was just as frustrating as the situation itself. I ultimately had to go somewhere else and purchase another new battery because I could not keep dealing with a store that refused to resolve the issue. I will never patronize this location again, and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate regarding both the handling of my warranty and the customer service I received. If you expect a company to stand behind what it sells, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
