  I came in around 5PM on 08/04/2026 with my vehicle overheating. Kevin was the main person who helped me but referred me to one of his other coworkers who's name I forgot when it was something that he couldn't answer. My issue turned out to be a bad thermostat. I had to change the part in the parking lot due to not wanting to damage my vehicle. It took me a few hours to get the money together to buy the part and coolant. I was there until 10 PM working on my vehicle. By the time I got the money together it was 8:30 PM. I was borrowing the loaner tools as I didn't have my tools on me at the time. Kevin and Nnick were both working and very helpful, they even came to check on me and let me know when they were closing and when they closed. They had to take the tool cart back inside but left me with the tools that I needed so I could finish my repair when they were getting ready to walk out the door. Kevin stayed in the parking lot until I was finished with my repair to make sure I was safe and so I had some more light as I was there until after the outside lights turned off. I greatly appreciate the help that Kevin, Nick, and the female employee whose name I forgot gave me, all three of them deserve recognition for their excellent customer service.

  5 stars for wes. These guys always do a great job and go out of their way to help you especially for older vehicles.

  I literally just went here 5 minutes ago and the short white lady with curly long hair and it might have been orange but she is not nice at all. I went there to see if they run a code test on my vehicle. When I walked in, she was talking to a white guy as he was leaving and I let her finished. After she was done I greeted her and said good morning how are you? Never acknowledged what I said, she just said what can I do for you? Then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t assist me with what I was needing. I didn’t argue, I simply went back in my car and went to Oreilly. Sometimes you got to let God fight your battles but this lady does not need to be here. First impression is the best impression.

  Kenny was very helpful, and knowledgeable. I called in first to make sure he could help me, my battery was smoking and he pulled the battery i needed, also got there about 820pm. He changed my battery out and explained what was going on. I was gone by about 833pm. I’m very appreciative.
