  Employee Ashley try to tell me should could not return my map sensor for a 2012 VW Jetta s 2.0 Automatic when it was new in box and not open and the plastic was sealed on the company website and Google it states Under Advance Auto parts we will return any product in a 45 day window unopened plastic and it was only a 5 to 10 min window and she saw me the hole time in front of the store it was never opened and I had the receipt I spend over $3000 a month in this store on my personal cars plus cars I work on as well I will no longer do business at this store or let any of my family at all I was taken care of and treated wonderful at another store the things you said to me was a lie Ashley as well

  Went into this store only because it was close and I was pushing for time. The previous time I went in it was the same treatment. Walked in the store 3 associates standing at the first counter. Noone even acknowledged me coming in despite the fact that a bell went off when you open the door and I am 6'2" 290 but I am black. Walked around for a few minutes still they act as if I was not in the store. Moments later white couple walks in I here "HELLO, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" . everytime that I go in this store same treatment especially by the little short white lady. I will never use this store again, and if you are other than white, stay out and spend your money elsewhere!
