  I just wanted to say how unprofessional.This store is, employees are never in store.Always seen in the back or the front smoking. They refuses to help unless you pay them a fee of $20 manager there kicked me out because my phone froze and I couldn't pay the $20 store smalls like dirty laundry mix with weed not professional at all never stepping foot in this store

  Fredi was so helpful. I can't say enough about him owing to that store very frustrated I couldn't figure out things on my son's phone every way I turned and tried to do it myself or ask for help no one can help me with any minutes of was in understanding of what I had done wrong he walks me through steps of how to fix it this was not even his job to help show me how to use my phone this is a whole Google situation and a YouTube situation but he was very kind and went out of his way to help me and answered all of my questions was very patient and very very sweet about it and maintained very professional I'm not leaving cricket and I'm very happy to share that these people really do care and they will take the time to help you
