Lady with dreads at front is very rude and clearly doesn’t want to do her job. Couldn’t even get a free battery test. Asked me to wait, waited for 15 mins just for her to advise after asking she wouldn’t be able to do it. Never returning .

I had my car serviced at an auto service center including putting on new windshield wipers. When we got ready to go out of town, we noticed the one wiper was not working properly as it was too big. We were on a schedule so instead of making a long drive back to the service center, we went to our neighborhood Advance Auto Parts store. Sheila came out to our car, looked at the wiper and immediately knew what we needed. She replaced the wiper with a Rain X blade and we were on our way in 10-minutes. Without her help, we would have been delayed or had the wrong wiper blade for our road trip. Thank you, Sheila!
