This location is just so horrible as far as customer service. I thought they changed since my last review but they still suck. No greeting when you walk in and he was standing at the register in my face but didn't acknowledge me until I said something to him. This location is out of sugar for the soda machine. But I had to overhear that because he didn't tell me and I had a drink in my order. And he still gave me 2 drinks without informing me that they are suga free. Do better.
That crew that is in there right now. 7/2/2026 at 530 need to be fired. The whole get loose crew. They are so unprofessional..I appreciate the older gentlemen and young guy that was there this morning. I hate I didn't get back to order with them. They were the ONLY reason i considering going back to order. No disgusting music was playing like it is now and they were very pleasant and attentive. OMG if you care about your business get rid of them. They just look at you when you come in. They act like they have something better to do and if I was the manager I would give them something else to do, like look for another job. They are a bad representation of Wingstop.

THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT IN THE WORLD. SPECIFICALLY THIS LOCATION. THEY PLAY TOO MUCH WHILE YOUR FOOD IS SITTING AND THEIR RESPONSE IS, "OH I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS THERE." FIRE THE WHOLE CREW AND START OVER!! THEY ALL SUCK!!!! AND THEY PLAY THE MOST DISGUSTING MUSIC!!

My order came as expected, no problems. Nice staff
Very bad experience at Wingstop. My wings were very soggy and not crispy at all. The quality has definitely gone downhill. I believe companies need to pay employees better and hire a stronger staff, because you get what you pay for. If you want a successful company with good food and service, you need to pay better wages and keep good workers.
I’ve heard some owners say that people just don’t want to work anymore, but the truth is many companies simply don’t want to pay livable wages. That’s one of the main reasons a lot of restaurants are starting to go downhill. When workers are underpaid and overworked, the customers end up seeing it in the food and service.
