  Karen and Ashraf provide EXCELLENT service!!. There is a USP store about 10 minutes from my house but I drive an additional 15 minutes to come here instead. For the last year, I've come here for the great service. This is my forever UPS store!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I run a business and regularly drop off 50+ packages at a time, at least twice a week, so I am a frequent and consistent customer. I purposely bring my packages here because I know this is a franchise location, and I like supporting small business owners since they receive compensation for each package processed. During my most recent visit, I was taking a quick photo of my packages after dropping them off so I could send confirmation to my customers that their orders had been shipped. The employee behind the counter (I didn’t catch his name) abruptly told me “Do not take a picture.” I politely asked for clarification about why photos weren’t allowed, and instead of explaining, he shrugged his shoulders, waved his hand dismissively toward me, and said “Don’t worry about it.” The interaction came across as extremely rude and unprofessional. As someone who brings a large amount of consistent business to this location, I expected to be treated with a basic level of respect and professionalism. Because of this experience, I will no longer be bringing my business to this store and will take my package drop-offs elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because I intentionally chose this location to support the franchise owner, but customer service like this makes it impossible to continue doing so.
