  I would give this store 10 stars if I could! The team at the Loganville Advance Auto Parts is absolutely unmatched. From the second you walk through the door, you are greeted by an entire staff of genuinely amazing, friendly, and helpful people who actually care about fixing your problem.Car trouble is usually stressful, but the energy in this building completely turns your day around. Every single employee goes above and beyond..they don’t just point you to an aisle, they walk with you, share expert knowledge, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need to get back on the road safely.It is so rare to find a business where every single person on the staff is this dedicated, enthusiastic, and kind. Their customer service is a masterclass in how a business should be run. They have officially earned a customer for life..thank you all for being so incredible!

  The customer service was bad, the store was completely unorganized, and nobody seemed to know where anything was. I was told they had two of the part I needed in stock, but the lady helping me said she didn’t know where they were. The only person who actually took the time to look was a short little guy with glasses, and he was the one who ended up finding the part. Didn’t get his name, but I appreciate him actually doing his job. Other than that, the whole experience was frustrating. If you’re looking for parts, I’d recommend going to the Grayson location instead. I definitely won’t be coming back to the Loganville store. Glad I learned my lesson.
