As far as the people and friendliness. They are top tier. But tell me why I am mailing something and get told it will be somewhere the next day and it is going around the world from Alabama back to Ga ? It was just in Tuscaloosa 14 minutes from her house yesterday. Now it says it won’t be there til Monday the 12 cause it’s in forest park ga 20 minutes from my house. I’m pissed and think I need some of my money back. Because why am I paying 33 for next day service for it to be a whole week

You know the very first review I put the same energy that was given to me today at this store but instead I'm going to use this as a learning curve for everyone you never know what a person is going through in their life you never know the trials and tribulations that they are facing each day and taking a moment to show people not only compassion but understanding and respect and just simply being nice can change a whole person's perspective and view and at the end of the day make the world a better place moral of this story UPS store in locust Grove y'all need to tidy up on customer service and above all be a little bit nicer to people kindness is free there's enough hatred in the world already
