  The worker didn’t know how the protein pockets were supposed to be made. I ordered a Baja Chipotle protein pocket and I told her jalapeños goes on it. She proceeds to tell me it’s not jalapeños and that’s it banana peppers. Lo and behold I go on the app and jalapeños go on it. Not banana peppers. It’s not that big a deal but it’s just the principle. As a worker you should know what goes on the sandwich and what doesn’t. And when ordering protein pockets you aren’t allowed customizations so I had to just get whatever she put on it.

  Each time I visit this Subway, you can see the attention to wanting to keep the food fresh. There is someone always busy slicing vegetables and preparing. The bread is always fresh along with fresh cookies. The sandwich makers are attentive and always ask what you want. Dining in is much like any other Subway in the area not very many places to sit down inside. Overall I will keep visiting this Subway because of the attention they give to each customer!

  I am giving 5 stars for friendliness, wonderful food and clean restaurant. The only "complaint" I have and it is really more confusion is the point system from the app. I told the lady, which I want to mention is a very sweet person, that I wanted to redeem my points to get the 6" tuna sub. I did not see a scanner so she told me to just enter my phone number. She told me the total and I asked why the points were not applied. She acted as confused as me. If this Subway doesn't participate in the points program, that needs to be known. Luckily I had enough money to pay for the order.
