  Came into Michael Kors to have a great time on the floor employee. Ashley harassed the mess out of me. Can’t even enjoy my fourth just walking around looking at the stuff cause she just harassed me. Ashley needs training on how to shop in peace.

  I stopped in looking for my wife a new purse because our dog may have ruined her current MK bag. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and the store was well kept. The lady who greeted me didn't mind sharing her opinion and helping me decide which purse to purchase.

  Nakeim was the sales associate that was attentive to my questions. He was buzzing through the store but stayed on top of checking on us as we browsed. He answered all questions. The Golden Touch was when he took the initiative (because I didn’t know this was possible) to see if the pink sling bag I wanted was in the back in the original packing. It was exciting opening an untouched bag. Thank you Nakeim. Your service was top notch.

  I had an amazing experience at the Michael Kors store! The customer service was absolutely outstanding. NaKeim, Desiree, Shaniqua, and Alicia truly went above and beyond to help me find the exact items I was looking for. They were patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. What made the experience even better was their fun and welcoming personalities. They made me feel valued as a customer and created such a positive shopping environment. It’s rare to find a team that is this dedicated to great service. Because of them, I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent customer service, a great shopping experience and they have some cute outfits out in the store.
