Extremely awful experience with this agency. I have been emailing and calling them repeatedly for a month simply trying to get an insurance quote. The rep went away on vacation and not only didn’t tell his clients he would be unavailable, but didn’t pass his jobs along to another member of the staff. No one follows up. No one cares at all. Emails go largely unanswered and the job just didn’t get done. One email came in from a different rep at this agency promising follow up which never happened. If you need basic contact from your insurance agency, you will most likely not be receiving that from this agency. Embarrassingly poor job doing the one thing they’re supposed to do. I feel insulted for having made so much effort to contact them receive nothing from it. Buyer beware.
