Joy!!! Where do I start. Her name say it all. I walked in sad but Joy put a smile on my face when I walked out. Edwin was a great team player helping her out with me. These two people are so friendly. I felt at home and if they seen me before. Great job FedEx Panola Rd!!!!

Looking at the reviews, I would’ve thought Joy was the best employee ever. In my experience, she was short & began talking to her coworker as if I was incompetent. Maybe this was an off day. But I won’t be coming back to this location.
