  Listen, I just want you all to know that I came into FedEx office stressed trying to send a HP printer back. Miss Joy took her time to help me get this situation completely sorted out now on the HP side. I do not recommend you by any of their products because their customer Dept has hired many incompetent individuals but I give five stars to this FedEx location. Thank you again Miss Joy.

  Today I was offended for the first time. I visit the location at least three to four times per month and I'm always helped with no issue and I do not over exaggerate. I'm a regular customer that comes in and gets things printed and emailed and I leave. Joy always helps me, i always buy her donuts an orange juice, i even get a bag for the store, but today, I had the worst visit of my life, the lady there ..I've never seen her. Shes an assist mgr named Tommie. She was very rude very,very loud and mean, very impatient and she seemed like she wanted to take the happiness from the other workers that were having decent engaging conversations from their customers. I feel like I was being harassed, and picked on. I was talked to very rudely. For no reason, she wasnt even helping me, Joy was. Every sentence I ended she exaggerated my word she was making fun of me every time I said something she repeated it back in the store with a smile she was very rude very obnoxious.ive never been so antagonized in my life. I feel so bad for Joy because she followed me out of the store in desperation she was begging me to come again she was begging me to not stop doing business there she said if you don't come back you're taking the business from me.. I said look you saw what I just went through I was on the phone with someone as well on video call and they were like oh my God what is wrong with that girl everything I said she mocked me everything I said she ended my sentence with long aggressive ending .like she was winning an award. She needs to go! Im letting my govt officials know not to do business here. There is a shortage of notary officials in this area we will not be doing business here! Im an insurance agent, a realestate agent and a sworn government official notary. The business we do here reflects on Dekalb county!
