  I want to give a big shoutout to Deshun and Shan at Advance Auto Parts for the great service they provided. They were welcoming, respectful, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, helped me find what I needed, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always a good experience when you have a team that actually cares about helping customers. Deshun and Shan showed great professionalism and made my visit a positive one. I appreciate the effort and great customer service! I Highly recommend this location

  Nathalia, Tameshia, Shan and Deshun were all helpful and very friendly, I was greeted at the door and Nathalia and Tameshia were quick to help me with what I needed. This location is definitely one of the best locations! Such a friendly environment.

  Hands down BEST customer service I’ve ever received at an auto parts store. And I love that there are multiple ladies working there too! Shan was delightful and helped me with nothing but a smile and positive energy she grabbed what I needed and she dispatched her colleague Deshun to install the parts for me… and he did this not begrudgingly but with the nicest most pleasant attitude. These young people were fantastic! I will drive across town JUST to get this specific customer service. Thank you again guys you removed my anxiety of going into a car parts shop!

  Deshun, really really helped me today at the advance I'm so grateful. I was struggling trying to get a part and bouncing around between stores, he still found time between the chaos in the store to get me situated. He coordinated with the other stores and even when he was off the clock, he stayed a little longer to square me away. This store is usually very busy and I understand it can be a challenge to take care of everyone, I really appreciate that Deshun was patient and understanding. I can't thank him enough. This has become my home store because of him. He's a great example of what good customer service is.
