Manager and employees greeted me upon entry! Could find my part in store but did contact other advance auto parts stores to find it for me! The other store was welcoming and wholesome also! I’m overall great!

Brandon with the beard helped me at my time of need. He had great customer service and calm me down through my anxiety. I help pick out a great battery and installed it. Thank you so much for your help

I had an excellent experience with Ron at Advance Auto Parts. He went above and beyond to help me and provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. Ron was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. It's rare to find someone who takes the time to help customers the way he does. Advance Auto is lucky to have him on their team. Thank you, Ron, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!
