  I'm still waiting on a package from my lawyer. The fedex driver stated incorrect address. As soon as I got that email I called, and after several minutes on the auto mated system ( which is not helpful at all) I finally got to speak to a real person. He was very apologetic and said that he put all my correct info into the system with details on my exact location and that they will reschedule another delivery. He even gave me a confirmation number for all this. When I got up this morning and checked .... nothing no information at all on when I can expect my delivery and now I can't get through to anyone. So I am now sitting here waiting again another day having to cancel my appointments I had for today.

  Ordered LIVE CORAL (this is an animal, FedEx) via next day air. It made it from Orlando, to Indianapolis, to Atlanta, in about 6 hours. Then, Lithia Springs got ahold of it. It has now been 50 hours since the coral was packed and shipped and almost 24 hours since the latest delivery window. Calls to support yielded nothing but a few unhelpful changes to the track package page. FedEx (at least in the metro Atlanta area) is THE most INCOMPETENT shipping company. I don’t know what kind of utterly lazy, disorganized, things happen in Lithia Springs and Austell…it’s not even a holiday. There’s no reason for this when every other shipper (even usps) is capable of delivering when they say they will. Thanks, FedEx, for literally killing an animal this time. Hope you can sleep at night.

  They are changing names and addresses on packages so that it doesn’t get delivered correctly. They are definitely doing fraud over there! They’ve been giving me the run around about my cell phone delivery. To the point that there is a whole different name on the package that wasn’t there before. Horrible experience

  Package was to be delivered in 2 days, package never delivered. I had to drive 20 miles to this location as required by Fed Ex to retrieve the package. Crossing Fed Ex off the list.
