  I used to enjoy coming to this location, but now not so much. Im a little repulsed whenever I have to interact with some of the staff especially the guy with the long hair. His overzealous facetious attitude is repulsive. He pulled out an oversized hunting knife to open a box and he and his colleague seemed overjoyed to see/scan the items I was returning as if it was their intent to be intrusive. It was a disgusting uncomfortable experience to say the least. I urge other customers to report inappropriate behavior from places like this bc the creepy unprofessionalism is unnecessary.

  I have been going to this store for almost 2.5 years. They are fantastic! The employees are always pleasant and they never give me a hard time with any Amazon returns compared to other UPS stores that hassle you with the taping. I only come to this store for all Amazon returns!

  The new guy with tattoos isn’t the best. It seems like he smokes around the premises so when you walk in the store there’s a strong odor of cigarettes. Plus they don’t turn on the AC The other older gentleman used to be better and efficient but hardly see him They really need to ramp up their customer service cause even the other guy with short grey hair looks miserable to talk to The one lady is pretty nice

  It was comical how bad my experience was this afternoon. I asked for a simple .pdf to be printed double-sided. That request shut down store operations. Upon multiple incorrect attempts, I was told sorry unfortunately it can’t be done 🙄. I went down to Staples in Tucker. In & out within 20 minutes or so. Printed exactly what I needed. P.S. whoever switched the copier language to Spanish, it’s really causing the people that work there some major issues.

  I have been coming to this UPS location regularly and have never had an experience like the one I had today. I went in to pick up a package and calmly explained that I had spoken with someone on January 21st to request that my package be held because I had been sick with the flu. The employee assisting me, Gary, immediately told me to “slow my roll” and repeatedly instructed me to “relax,” despite the fact that I was not upset or speaking aggressively. I was simply providing information as he stated he could not locate my package. When I asked if there was a manager I could speak with, he pointed to a card and said the manager would be in at 11. I explained that his tone and demeanor were unprofessional, at which point he accused me of being unprofessional for asking him to double-check the system and verify who was working that day. He made no real attempt to help, did not check to see if the package had been returned, and offered no resolution. My package was never found. The interaction felt dismissive and included microaggressive behavior that was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. This was disappointing, especially since I have typically had good experiences at this location. I will be following up with management and corporate regarding both the missing package and today’s conduct. I hope this location takes customer service and accountability seriously moving forward.
