  I have been to this Subway four different times, and unfortunately, every single experience has been disappointing. I kept trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the next visit would be better, but it just continued to be the same. One of my biggest complaints is the cookies. They never taste fresh, and it seems like they are serving cookies that have been sitting around from previous days instead of baking fresh ones. For a restaurant, especially one that advertises fresh food, that is extremely disappointing. After four bad experiences, I can honestly say I will never return to this location again. I gave it multiple chances, but the quality and overall experience have not improved. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and makes some changes.

  They decided to put profit over people! Everything I ordered was terrible; the sandwiches were made with less than standard meat and ingredients the cookie was stale and hard as a rock moldy and spoiled and instead of giving me the chips I ordered they decided to just give me prepackaged chips that I didn’t order I would never recommend this store I hope Lilburn/Snellville get a quality and decent Subway

  Horrible service 1/10 highly recommend you go somewhere else the employees are rude poor customer service don’t expect for your sandwich to be remade or any kindness or understanding.
