    The lady working at Subway on 4051 Hwy 78 Suite F107 Lilburn Ga at 2pm on 2/29/26 has a lot to be desired. She lacked customer service presentation,very non friendly not courteous, and she is extremely harsh.I asked her to lightly toast the sandwich ,it was not done and when I mentioned it, she had a very harsh rebuttal. In putting on the condiments she was literally threading the spinach, the onions and I asked her to stop doing tearing up the onions and jalapeños. Checking out, she harshly said just pay. She was truly having a bad day with great big dark circles around her eyes,and extremely harsh tone when speaking which truly created an ugly atmosphere. Don't go there if you don't have to,there are others that have a much more pleasant atmosphere. She needs to be replaced especially for that popular location.

    I’ve had repeated issues with a specific staff member who is consistently rude and unprofessional. Most recently, I placed an online order that wasn't even started by the time my coworker arrived to pick it up. The employee falsely claimed a DoorDash driver had already taken it. After I called three times to clarify, she finally 'found' the order and made it an hour and a half late. To make matters worse, she told me to stop calling the store when I was simply trying to locate my food. Extremely disappointing service. This location needs to do better !

    Order Italian sub not only it was just lettuce and a little bit of meat and cheese it had hair . My cup had hair when I picked it up from online ordering told her to change Worst subway sandwich I ever had.
