  I’ve been living in the Lilburn area since 2005. This place is a couple of miles from my house. I would shop here 2-3 times a week but I would really take care of the $5 foot long but you have to do that with cold cuts or the taste is not the same. Since I don’t cook or drive I’m heavily reliant on food delivery. So like I said I used to be a multi time a week regular but the quality has been off so much it’s hard to eat there. Anyway, I was hungry during a weekday morning earlier this week so I decided to order the turkey because of the BOGO deal. As soon as I got him I regretted it. The turkey smelled and after a few bites I had to remove it. So I was basically saying a bunch of veggies, sauces and white bread along with oil, vinegar, mayo and chipotle sauce. To make matters worse I ordered 3 cookies. They would’ve been difficult to break with a hammer. This place is on my restricted list and I don’t care what kind of deal they have I won’t eat here unless ownership changes before I move. Even then, I’m hesitant. How is subway letting their brand of low priced subs that are supposed to always be fresh get tarnished like this? Furthermore, why eat Subway when you can eat firehouse or JJ?

  When I ask for extra tissue she just give me one and again ask for tissue napkins she just gave me one. And I havw to ask bcz there is no more self tissue box available so..I just throw on desk and leave it..seriously ..never go again at this branch..

  The lady said I can’t customize my own sandwich because it’s new… it’s literally what subway is known for. She said if I take off one I could replace it. The lettuce looked brown and old. Should’ve just gone to Publix.

  No receipt. She said I can only accept cash. 1 footlong sandwich and 1 cookie she charged me $17. Even after scanning my app for 30% off . Zahra was the 1 who took care of it. Disappointed
