  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Katie at The UPS Store. Every time I come in, she is incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. She always greets customers with a smile and goes out of her way to be helpful, no matter how busy the store is. What really stands out is how knowledgeable she is. Whether it’s shipping questions, packaging advice, or helping with returns, Katie always knows the answer and makes the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines such excellent customer service with genuine kindness. Employees like Katie are a huge asset to The UPS Store.
