  Disappointing After Years of Using This Location. I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for more than five years, and today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my own small box and my own printed return label. The only thing needed was a strip of tape to close the box and attach the label. I was told I would have to pay for the tape? I’m not asking for free packaging, a box, printing, or a packing service. I literally brought everything with me. Charging a longtime customer for a couple strips of tape to close a small return box and attach a prepaid label feels like unnecessary nickel-and-diming. In all the years I’ve used this location, I have never been charged for something this minor. If this is a new policy, it’s certainly not a customer-friendly one. Unfortunately, an interaction this small was enough to make me reconsider using this location in the future.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Katie at The UPS Store. Every time I come in, she is incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. She always greets customers with a smile and goes out of her way to be helpful, no matter how busy the store is. What really stands out is how knowledgeable she is. Whether it’s shipping questions, packaging advice, or helping with returns, Katie always knows the answer and makes the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines such excellent customer service with genuine kindness. Employees like Katie are a huge asset to The UPS Store. She consistently provides outstanding service, and I truly appreciate all of her help. Thank you, Katie, for always making every visit a positive experience!
