    My son was expecting a package today, and I had a lunch date with friends today. I normally would be at home to sign for his packages but today I missed the ups guy. So my son called to ask me to go by the ups store and retrieve his package and I was told I could sign for his package. I said if I had been at home I would have been allowed to sign for it like I do all the time packages are dropped off. I sign for them all the time. I have never had problems before picking packages for my son or for my husband at this location. Maybe it under a different management or poor customer service. I had a pickup slip and the QR code and my ID. Bad customer service
