  the employees here are so rude. they seem pissed to assist you, if you say thank you, they don’t reply, if you say have a nice day they don’t reply. if you ask how they’re doing they don’t reply. just rude attitude overall

  Honestly pretty disappointing experience here. I went in just needing to print a shipping label — I asked if they had a customer computer since I couldn’t see it from the entrance, and the employee pointed it out. When I tried to pay at the computer, my card wouldn’t go through. I tried multiple times and it just wasn’t working. Since I’ve worked at a UPS Store before, I asked if she could just activate the computer using the store card and charge me directly at the register instead, something pretty standard. She told me she didn’t have access to do that and instead wanted to charge around $5–$6 just to print a single label. I ended up just leaving. just said thank you and walked out. Not the biggest issue but pretty inconvenient when I didn’t have another option. I went to the store in Grayson and they charged me $2.55 to email it and I was out in 5 minutes. Response to owner —— As I’ve said I’ve worked at two different UPS Stores, I am very familiar with the way the computer works. The computer has an infinity card that makes it so you can use the computer without it charging a card. As well as in the system there is a "Computer Usage" SKU you’re able to ring that up under.. Thank you for your diligence..
