Charged more than the Meal of the Day price. When questioned response was a price increase. Very difficult to understand.
Very limited with there toppings! Not worth the money, that your paying for the sandwhich.

Too bad. I ordered one footlong through the app and they didnt say anything until I came and asked, they cancelled my order.
Unfortunately, we all know what and why we came to leave a one star review. The guy who worked there has attitude towards actual “customers” who are ordering and ready to pay, blocking other people who’re just walking by to see his subway store.
Because I ordered via app with coupon, he said I gotta “step away” from his store and wait for 10 mins for the order come through, guess what? Not even 10 seconds I submitted the order, his kiosk got the order. And when he handed my stuff, he intentionally make it hard to take for the food I paid for. Shame on him that this is the only way he could express his anger towards the customer.
I felt bad for the lady who worked there. Obviously that’s not the way she wants to run the store.
Best advice, smile, treat customers like an actual customer and show some love if you can.
I placed an order on the app for pick up and when I went to and get it, the guy working said he canceled the order because he doesn't accept coupons cause it's a mall location. So he's CHEAP is basically what he told me. No one will feel sorry for Subway when they go out of business and no longer exist.
