  The people in this store lied to me to sell me a phone and upgraded plan. When I tried to file a claim, not only were these folks working at this location dishonest, but Cricket customer service had no integrity or honor in how they do business. I HIGHLY DETER ANYONE TO CHOOSING CRICKET PERIOD. AND ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION. They will truck you and you will be disappointed. Don't say I didn't warn you! God Bless..

  These we2 girls r rude. It's crazy that I was there last week n told the guy about a horrible experience I had with em before. He was quite polite n treated me well as a customer. Well I just left the store n these 2 ladies were here.. they are sooo rude n disrespectful. My family has been with cricket for years.. we r taking our business somewhere. I'm in the customer service business, n I will NEVER talk to a customer like they did me. My company will terminate my employment

  Traveled there today thinking Cricket closed at 8pm from what the website stated. I arrived at 7:30pm and there was a pad lock hanging on the door as if the location was closed. The lights were on, the open sign was lit and there were 2 people on the inside. I traveled just to make it before 8pm. What a wasted trip. Will try another location tomorrow.
