  Worst place ever to rent a mailbox from. I was told when I rented the mailbox that I would have 24-hour access I have not had 24-hour access in the past 4 months. In addition the last time I renewed my mailbox I was told that my card would be kept on file and it would be renewed on my renewal date. Not only was it not renewed on my renewal date but it was subsequently closed without so much as even a phone call. I received an email today notifying me that my mailbox had been closed. I went into the store and renewed my mailbox within a few hours of receiving that email. I had not been able to pick up my mail for the last month because I work and I'm unable to get there during their open hours. As there was no mail in my mailbox when I went to check it, I assumed they were holding my mail behind the counter until payment was received, however they handed me one single envelope when I asked for my mail and had no idea where the other pieces of mail had gone. The representatives at the counter were rude and disrespectful. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about in regards to being told my card would be used that was on file to pay for the renewal and because of that they had no responsibility to where my mail had gone. I have been a cuatomer here for almoat 2 years. Definitely not the way I expect to be treated Horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!

  I stopped in today to send out a package. The young man Nathan helped me today and was far above the normal customer service I have received previously at this location. I asked his name and taking the time to make a great review on the service I received. I stopped coming or sending any service here long ago because the employees were not at all happy to serve any customers on too many occasions. Great hire UPS!

  I came in to do an Amazon return and print off one document…. Neither employees were helpful. It’s my first time doing both at this location helpful directions would have been helpful…instead both employees stood around complaining about how customer “do stupid stuff”…. Please employ ppl that actually want to help customers and that don’t mind answering simple questions…
