  the owners are absolutely rude and passive aggressive. Few months ago I came in here and accidentally dropped my drink when i was leaving, that man was very rude was mumbling stuff under his breath and literally yelled at me when it was clearly an accident when my hands were full and I apologized like three times and if that isn’t enough when i was there today I asked for Italian bread and proceeded to give something completely different and he talking bout some that’s Italian when clearly it was not and i could see it right there in my face he knew what i was talking about. He pointed out the menu but I said I don’t know what they look like cause I don’t always get subways so reading it is pointless when I only know about the Italian bread and he said “you don’t know how to read” when I am clearly speaking English they acting slow and dumb. Then they started saying stuff in they language when im talking to them. I don’t need another experience to guarantee that I won’t ever go there because I won’t. They are also very unwelcoming they don’t say nothing when you get in there. So rude for nothing he lucky he got me in a good mood.

  DO NOT GO HERE! 2 people that appear to be husband and wife run this store. ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service….always a TERRIBLE experience which is a shame since it is so close to my job. I will not return. After giving my name for an online order, they ask for me to show my email confirmation. I request a side of vinegar which has always been a problem. They refuse to put vinegar in anything else other than the small clear round container they were out of and promptly told me they would have the container tomorrow maybe. What good does that do for me now???? I requested vinegar in a soup bowl that I could visibly see behind the counter and was told by the man that is for soup. I have never seen soup offered at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. 0/10

  They have no respect whatsoever . They are so cheap with there products and when you have coupons they act funny

  The owners of this place are extremely RUDE! I normally don’t review places but keep your money they don’t need it by the way they act. This is my second time and I let it slide the first time thinking everyone has a bad day but no being rude is their everyday!! U work hard for your money give it to a company and that appreciates your business 👎
