  I had a simple order, Mild 6 piece wings bone in. I didn’t receive instead I got what was labeled as “mild” but was merely classic wings that were soggy. I understand that people make mistakes but the craziest part is that I actually think they tried to make it mild based on the color but there was absolutely not flavor. Iv never experienced anything like this before. Hopefully this help people save money and use their money to purchase a product or receive a service that is actually worth their money. I just feel like if my order was gonna be messed up atleast have good properly cooked chicken 😭 It was a waste. Everything was nasty actually… down to the drink.

  Ordered online order. Restaurant was out of coke and out of ketchup. Asked for refund and the store couldn’t provide refund. Asked for manager info and they wouldn’t provide the info. I had to call another store to get help. Worst location.

  For the second time!!!! I have ordered a large veggie side and have not received it. I can “get a refund,” but the refund is less than the price of the side. I ordered the side for a reason…

  Not 1 single person is wearing gloves. I watched an employee walk out the bathroom, step into the kitchen and start cooking. **you must ALWAYS wash your hands again once you step into the kitchen ON TOP OF PUTTING ON GLOVES. ALSO, I watched a different employee drop the lid from an entire basket of chicken(that was sitting below the fry counter) then place it back on top of the uncooked chicken after it touched the floor *beyond disgusting* That same person is taking orders on the register, cooking food, bagging it, & never washed her hands let along put on gloves. UNSANITARY ALL AROUND. My mind is blown right now I can’t believe it. If I could give zero stars I would.
