  I don't usually write reviews, but the customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. I booked a 1:00 PM notary appointment, but when I arrived, I was informed the notary (she said her son) was at lunch and wouldn't return until 2:00 PM. Instead of apologizing for the scheduling error, the woman at the counter—who appeared to be the manager—dismissed my concern and walked away.The environment she created in the store was incredibly toxic. I watched her intimidate and publicly humiliate a new staff member over a simple photocopy request. Moments later, she treated a customer on the phone with total disrespect, hanging up and loudly complaining to the room about having to deal with customers daily. Even though she left me a voicemail later saying the notary was back, her message ended with a passive-aggressive "go to another store if you cannot [return]." I chose to take her advice. I will not bring my business here again and suggest others avoid this store.

  These guys are THE BEST around! They were so helpful and knowledgeable that my AT&T equipment return was a breeze. On top of all of that, they have a sense of humor which is sorely missing these days in society. They are further away from my house than other UPS stores, but I will be traveling the extra distance from now on. A+++

  Not very friendly store looks like a dump, not clean carpet needed to be vacuumed boxes all over floor. Am handicap and she would not bring hand truck by door for me to unload my boxes. Thanks to a gentlemen customer who helped. I will never return to this ups store It does not reflect UPS standards.

  The woman working at this UPS Store is consistently rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic courtesy and manners. I witnessed her speaking disrespectfully to another employee who was nothing but polite and professional. This is the second time I’ve seen this behavior, and my husband has experienced it a few times as well. Being efficient is no excuse for disrespect. Customer service starts with basic manners, and unfortunately, that seems to be missing in this woman. Management should address this before it continues to drive customers away.

  First, I will start off by saying in the business I’m in I’m always on the go and from time to time I need to print documents or need notary. I’ve frequented this location quite a few times and like a lot of the other reviews state, the owner is very rude, has no patience and is very short with words, except with a few of her customers that she seems to have long-standing relationships with. For the casual customer there seems to be no type of respect or willingness to show just common courtesy. Not only is she very rude to customers she is even extra rude to the young adult/teenage employees. I have no idea how any parent would allow their child to work for her because I’ve seen her talk crazy to a couple of employees on different occasions. Her attitude is so bad that myself and other customers are just amazed and kind of look at one another like what is going on. I use this location just because it’s convenient when I’m in the area and gets the basic job done, but if I had my choice, or had closer options, I would probably never step foot in this business again.
