  Horrible attention from the lady I almost didn’t care I gave her the same attitude but I was really annoyed by the way she spoke to the boy apparently he is a new employee but what a horrible training in front of the clients although if she treats customers like that you don’t expect less that she treats the staff worse I hope they take into account the comment it is unfair that that is the work habitat for this boy !

  Owner is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help her customers insure that their packages get where they need to go. I’ve been going to this store for years for shipping but this week I had a rush printing job for my daughter’s wedding. Tarana went above and beyond to make sure I had a quality product. She took something that I had done that was poor quality and made it in to something beautiful. She worked with me through several revisions and still delivered it in 2 days. She did it all with a great attitude and I am forever grateful to her!

  I have been to this location many times to do my Amazon returns. I am actually surprised by the reviews. The owner has always been very professional and knows customers by name when they come in. I have never witnessed her being rude.

  Amazon Shoppers Beware!!! This UPS store is corrupt! There was a lost wallet on the counter when I came in and they just left it there and shrugged! 😳 Teirana/Taranya, the store manager threatened me! Amazon stated clearly that this purchase had a free return policy. 😥 The store employee proceeded to print out the return slip, and only after printing it out, told me it costs $2… Then rang it up, the store manager came to take over the transaction, speaking with the employee in another language, and she said that I needed to buy a return package from them for $3… I was concerned about the lost wallet and she did not care. I was trying to explain to her that I would like to do the free return a different way through Amazon, because that is an option… And she started screaming at me: that she would call the police and say that I stole from them, would find where I live, had my email/ information, etc. Threatening me and my wellbeing… I ended up paying for the “free” return to end the harassment. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a UPS. 😢

  I visited this UPS Store today and unfortunately witnessed a very upsetting interaction between the owner/manager and what appeared to be a new employee. She was training him on how to process packages, but instead of being patient and encouraging, she spoke to him in a harsh, demeaning manner in front of customers. It was clear that her behavior was making him extremely nervous, which only caused him to make more mistakes. As a customer, I felt compelled to speak up. I respectfully told her that when someone is being yelled at or spoken to harshly, it often makes them anxious and more likely to make mistakes. I suggested that she be more patient and treat him with kindness. Unfortunately, she was very dismissive and showed no interest in hearing my concerns. No employee deserves to be treated with disrespect, especially someone who is new and still learning. Publicly embarrassing an employee in front of customers is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable environment for everyone in the store. Good leadership is built on patience, professionalism, and respect, not intimidation. To the young man, if you ever happen to read this: please remember that you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. No job is worth enduring humiliation or abuse. I sincerely hope you find a workplace where you are valued and encouraged to grow. I hope the owner reflects on how she treats her employees, because the way staff are treated says a great deal about a business.
