  I highly recommend this UPS Store! I have a mailbox here, and the service has been outstanding from day one. The staff is always friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They know exactly what they're doing and are always willing to help with any shipping, mailing, printing, or notary needs. One thing I really appreciate is how efficient they are. Even when the store is busy, the line moves quickly because the team works fast and stays organized. They respect their customers' time and provide excellent customer service every visit. Their notary service is convenient, reliable, and handled professionally. The staff is competent, courteous, and always ready to answer questions. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Another huge advantage is that they're open on Sundays, which is incredibly convenient for people with busy schedules. Having access to shipping, mailbox services, and notary services on a Sunday is a major plus.   Always seem to be closed on Sundays even though it says they are open on Google maps and on the door. Also, it is the only UPS store that does not take USPS so I always have to go to a second location. The people working there are super nice but the management is the WORST EVER. the employees do their best despite how poorly it is run.

  Trying to do Amazon return and I clearly didn’t know what I was doing and the clerk was of no help and didn’t want to help. So much for customer service

  I went here for a notary service and a small hispanic lady did not want to service me because I asked her why she was charging me for extra papers she was not going to notarize because it was already signed. All I wanted was a proper explanation. Paying for the extra papers was not a problem. Next time be professional and not quick to anger. It will help you in the long run boo.
