  I went into the UPS store on Baker Grove Rd. to ship a couple of guitars. I was told they didn't have a box for it. I asked what my options were as these had to be shipped today. I was told "I don't know". That was it. Not helpful or friendly what so ever. I was at a loss as I left the store. I decided to try another UPS store. Very glad I did! I went into this location on Cherokee and my experience could not have been different! They didn't have the exact size box but he reassured me we would find a solution and get it done. Sure enough, we got them shipped! Do yourself a favor. If you need something shipped from someone that is kind and helpful, this is the location to go to! Great customer service!!!! I will certainly be using them again.

  The store owner/manager who just opened this UPS store location was professional and displayed excellent customer service skills when I couldn’t find his exact location using Apple Maps or Google Maps. After a decently bad experience at another UPS store location (store number 1627), I’m glad that the experience was mitigated by just this one person. It shows that customer service starts with the employee. I genuinely hope that UPS sees this review to give that store owner/manager a raise and to seriously review the other store’s performance, especially regarding their customer service. My recommendation to UPS would be to ask this store’s owner/manager for advice on how to train people working in customer service: He knows what he’s doing!

  UPS Kennesaw is a relatively new business and if the way we were served & cared for earlier today is any indication it won’t be long before it’s the widely known as the preferred UPS place to go. The owner, Mr Patel, truly went the second mile to help us with a challenging situation & shipping need. He’s a huge proponent of customer service and ensuring that the customer’s shipping needs are met. The next time we need to ship or return an item, we know where we’ll go to make it happen.
