  Jesse was awesome! Got the food out in a timely manner and was super sweet. Great customer service. Please fix the AC though for your workers and not only your customers. I cannot imagine working in a building with no AC.

  If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would!!!!! The last 3 times I’ve been to this location, I’ve been told “we’re out” twice at approximately 5 hours before closing. So I ordered the meatball sub…. The meatballs were burnt and crunchy! Another of the 3… I ordered the tuna…. Holy crap!!!!!!!!!!!! It STUNK like it had been sitting there for 5 days, I couldn’t even TRY to eat it! The third, when I ordered the cold cut combo… the associate walked into the back for almost 3 minutes then walked out and said “all I have is bologna”…. Seriously?!?!? Almost 6 hours before closing?!?!? This location has got to be the absolute WORST customer experience I’ve had at ANY restaurant!!!! NOT just Subway….. but ANY restaurant!!!!!!! If you are even semi concerned with service… or in your health…. NEVER EVER go to Sunday on Barrett Parkway at 575!!!!!!!!!

  I ordered my sandwich online. Went to go pick it up and it wasn’t made correctly. Brought it back to Subway® explain to them that the sandwich was not made correctly. The lady tried to argue me down saying it was. I had to show her the receipt that was on the bag. Upon her remaking, my sandwich and Uber eats driver came in and she took care of him instead of completing the wrong order. At that time I requested a refund and she told me no. I will never come back to this establishment and neither should you.
