I ordered my sandwich online. Went to go pick it up and it wasn’t made correctly. Brought it back to Subway® explain to them that the sandwich was not made correctly. The lady tried to argue me down saying it was. I had to show her the receipt that was on the bag. Upon her remaking, my sandwich and Uber eats driver came in and she took care of him instead of completing the wrong order. At that time I requested a refund and she told me no. I will never come back to this establishment and neither should you.

There was only one person working but he was managing very well. That's my feedback and the reason for the four stars, improve your customer service by having at least two people helping clients. The store had a few people waiting plus the take out orders coming in, he was doing an amazing job giving the circumstances but he should have to do so much by himself.
