  Employees must work with expertise in their customers' needs. Compared to the Hong Joon Pyo that previously managed customers, the experience and response were not quick and appropriate. I was forced to leave Allstate because of the inexhaustible response to another insurance company still offering an estimate of nearly $4,000 for the premium of $2500.
