  Randomly leave for lunch, and close store. I'd ignore online posted hours and call ahead to confirm they're open, before they disappoint you.

  Went to them to ship rare trading cards because the post office kept losing my packages. FedEx didn’t lose it, in fact my standard 1oz envelope arrived ripped up and my customers card was ruined. Very disappointed with them as I went to them specifically for a professional shipping service and they don’t know how to ship a small envelope.
