Great experience at Store 08821. I traveled to the area to help my son with his truck issues. This older vehicle has left him stranded twice this week. After two trips to a repair shop via tow truck, I needed to get the battery checked at Advance Auto as it was under warranty. Chris and Carter both worked together with the battery installation but they went above and beyond to help me secure the new battery in the vehicle properly to avoid vibrating the connections lose in the future. Many thanks to store 08821.

I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts, and I especially want to recognize Robert for his outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Robert went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Robert definitely does. He’s a great representative of Advance Auto Parts, and I really appreciate all his help. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Robert!
