  I am highly upset and irritated at this store’s horrible service. The lack of quality control when orders go out needs to be addressed immediately. I have reported this store to corporate because they cannot seem to get a simple 20 piece wing order right. Who does not count wings when you sell them all day. Will never come here again. Getting 12 wings is insane especially when it’s for a family to eat.

  I order from here often however tonight the fries were absolutely terrible. I primarily ordered here just for the fries and they are definitely from the lunch rush today. They are gross to even consume. From now on I will be definitely double checking my food since it's suppose to be always fresh according to their motto

  I had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Alanna! She provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the overall experience was outstanding. Alanna’s positive attitude and attention to detail made a difference. Thank you, Alanna, for the great service and for helping make my visit enjoyable!

  Because I have to give a star. This location is the most customer unsatisfactory ever. Literally called 4 times to be hung up on 3 times on May 26th around 6:50. Please hire some new people with better customer service skills
