  I had an appointment for 9 AM. When I arrived, they told me the notary person was not there and they had no idea when he would arrive. What is the point of providing appointment times when it is unclear when the notary will be at the place? This is extremely unprofessional to have someone make an appointment at the website and not have someone at your business be available to provide those services. Avoid this place if you want to get notaries done. Avoid UPS generally in this area since they have inconsistent policies on witnesses for a document.

  Had to go to this location from a previous location that said that they did not send scan to emails .Ms.Webb was very nice very attentive the only person in there at lunchtime she was holding it down and she had a steady stream of happy customers pleasant person .

  The customer representative very nice and polite. The cost my notarized paper was cost effective. I'm glad I choose UPS to complete task. I look forward to doing business with UPS again.

  This was the worst ups experience ive ever had in my entire life. We walked up to the door and he locked it immediately, it was 15 minutes before closing. A customer let us in and he kicked us out saying hes not taking anymore customers 0/10🙄🙄

  Jasmine is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She looks beautiful and the service provided was excellent. She is also very knowledgeable about the in and outs of the industry as a whole. She made a very welcoming atmosphere and actually cares about the people on a deeper level than most staff.
