  I bought a bottle of oil at this store, and the bottle was defective. On my way home, the oil started leaking all over the floor of my truck. I came back to the store with THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT and explained to Mr. Marcelino that I needed either an exchange or a refund because THE BOTTLE WAS STILL SEALED WITH THE ORIGINAL FACTORY SEAL. Even though I showed him the bottle and the picture clearly shows oil coming out around the sealed cap, he refused to acknowledge that the bottle was leaking. He told me that it was not leaking and that whatever I cleaned up in my truck was something else. They refused to exchange the bottle or give me a refund, EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THEM ADVANCE AUTO PARTS’ OWN RETURN POLICY. This situation was handled very unprofessionally, and Mr. Marcelino’s refusal to properly address an obvious defective product was extremely disappointing. I believe his handling of this situation was incompetent and completely unacceptable.

  Friendly knowledgeable staff in a well stocked store with plenty of parking. Also great free services that are very helpful
