Doug is exceptionally professional, respectful, patient, and caring. He took the time to assist me with everything I needed, making sure every detail was handled perfectly and with great attention. What truly stood out to me was not only his professionalism but also his warm attitude, thoughtfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help. It is rare and refreshing to meet someone who combines such excellent service with such a genuine and caring personality.   Dang I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I passed much better locations. Customer service sucks. I have a weak side due to overcoming paralysis. I made it to the counter with my box prelabeled only for the guy to scan and tell we to take the box to a self service kiosk scan, get my receipt and then bring him back the box. Nobody else was in the store the associate just seemed to not want to have to do any work. Luckilysomeone else came from the back to carry the box to the counter… I would recommend other locations
