  Worst experience in my life as a paying customer....Rip you off with $25 upgrade fee... Returned a phone THE VERY NEXT DAY... only to be told that only one person can give me a refund, oh and she's off today.... and out of $54 I can get $19 back...Katy...so I return the phone TWO days later and Katy informs me that I should actually be charged another $25 "restocking fee'...But then she informed me that the phone was damaged...VERY SHADY AND LOW CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE..... will be changing phone company because of this..... AVOID.... I guess some people are fine with ripping off the customer... Phone wasn't damaged until Katy touched it
