  I cannot say enough good things about my experience this morning! My car started acting up about two blocks from the store—which I truly believe was nothing but the Lord looking out for me! Dustin and Thomas went above and beyond. They checked my car, helped figure out what was wrong, and even made sure they had the parts I needed in stock. But what impressed me most was their kindness and compassion. While I waited for my ride, they offered me a chair and cold water and made sure I was comfortable. It’s not every day you come across customer service like this. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared about helping someone who was having a rough morning. Thank you, Dustin and Thomas, for your kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile. You turned a stressful situation into a much better experience. I am so grateful! ❤️

  I cannot say enough good things about Thomas and Dustin at the Advance Auto Parts store at 985 South 1st Street in Jesup, Georgia. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful when I found myself stranded with a serpentine belt that had come off my car. Thomas immediately went above and beyond by making calls to help me find someone who could repair my vehicle. He also got me the replacement belt I needed. Dustin then stepped in and installed the belt for me, getting me safely back on the road. Because of their kindness and willingness to help, I was able to make it home without having to pay for a tow truck. Their outstanding customer service turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. If you need auto parts or assistance, I highly recommend this store. Go see Thomas or Dustin—they truly care about their customers. Dustin was my saving grace today, and I am so grateful for the help both of them provided!

  Our alternator went out 3 hours from Home. We went to the Advance in Jesup. Dustin and Lee helped us figure out what we needed to fix the car. Dustin let us use tools and fix the car on the side of the store. He helped my husband in between customers. They let the kids charge their devices in the store.This is the best Advance in the country. We are so thankful for all that they did for us.

  I enjoyed my experience today at advance. Auto, in jesup Georgia Thomas was my customer service person, and he helped me very well. That's the second time he's helped me. Since I've been in there and he's always very polite. Thank you, Thomas.
