  Even though it is frequently crowded, the staff is always friendly and hardworking. They move as fast as possible to keep the line moving and help each customer as quickly as possible.

  Every time I've visited that UPS store, the employees have been very helpful, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Even when there has been a waiting line out the door, they never lost patience or cheerful manner. They made the process quick, efficient and easy. I really appreciate them.

  Literally the best UPS experience of my life thanks to Sandy. Had a very close relative pass away, we had 8 tubs of collected stuff we had to ship to family out of state, everything was in a state of chaos. Sandy helped us set up boxes, packing, advised on how to load everything, and literally worked with us over the course of an hour as we packed stuff from the tubs to shipping boxes. Incredibly helpful, so kind, I truly cannot recommend this location enough

  The team at the UPS store in Jasper is great. They offer a lot of different services and are very helpful. It's a busy store but the lines move quickly. I don't know how they do it, but they always greet you with warm smile and a friendly hello. Kudos to the owners for a Job well done.
