  Doing five stars on service but it’s really important to get the pricing right. The message board has Monday as a meatball 6 inch sub special (with drink and chips). Not sure how it came out to $10.20. If I’m paying full price, I would’ve ordered something else that I really wanted, but I was just getting something quick since it was a nice deal but didn’t get the deal. It’s embarrassing, holding up the line, asking her questions or asking her to re-ring it and sound like a cheapskate so I just had to move on. Plus, I had a two dollar subway points offer which she said she redeemed but that means this was $12.20 for a 6 inch sub

  I love coming morning shift to see Mrs Tam she’s always so sweet and always makes my food with so much love and exactly how you ask no matter how busy it is

  Hey Tina....Thanks for giving my food to someone else while my family waited 45 min. For future reference if someone shows you where they ordered food on the app and YOU give my food to someone else DO NOT stand there and argue with us. How dare you tell my family that we have to pay for the food twice. How incompetent can someone possibly be. Why would you not ask someone for their name when they are picking up food?

  Lazy employees and manager at night.. they told me they didn't have mayonnaise because they didn't want to open a new one an hour before they close. And they said they don't do double meat on sandwiches even though every subway has a double meat option. It was same as mayonnaise they just didn't want to open more up before closing.

  The employees were rude. They said you can't double the meat on the wrap yet we did at another location earlier today. The employee making the sandwiches didn't know what he was doing. He had to ask questions every step of the way. Maybe wait until they are trained before having them run the line. The woman in charge stood around just snapping orders. She was extremely rude.
