  I didn't make a purchase but I left pleased, I had a battery with no information on it and it was hard for them to check it but they looked up my car and still tried to assist in the best way. There was a young fellow that assisted me and made sure I didn't carry the battery out instead offered me a cart.

  good products,had poor customer service & attitudes. They have installed simple things such as in car cabin filters when you buy em from there, got into a low key disagreement with mgr. After being told they would assist in installing in car cabin filter then when I went to purchase it the employee said they would assist and the mgr.sorta rebuked her & loudly told me they don't assist in helping install simple products this,after in the past I have been assisted or rather they installed windshield wipers I am a 100% disabled Viet nam vet. Which includes neuropathy in my Rt.wrist Which hinders me in using my right hand. I went across the street to AUTO ZONE got an 8.00 lower price and the staff was professional helpful,congenial & installed the product with a good helpful attitude. Needless to say ,I won't be going back to ADVANCE AUTO,NOT EVEN INTO THE PARKING LOT. IF YOU DESIRE GOOD FRIENDLY,COMPETENT & LOWER PRICES ,I RECOMMEND AUTO ZONE !! FRED MOORE

  I really appreciate Kai helping me this morning. I've done business with a lot of auto parts store but this is the nicest young man and so honest he was very honest and helpful. He is destined to become a manager a store manager or a owner he is so bright so thank you very much Mr Kai.
