  Service is horrible... Every time! I won't try again. The online order system does not work and when you call to place an order they either don't answer or put you on forever hold. Tonight we called, it rang until voicemail, called back a few minutes later, a woman answered asked what name for the order then immediately said to a coworker "I don't know why I even picked up the phone" before putting me on hold for over 15 minutes without saying another word to me. You're not that busy, the food's not that good. I can't believe people get paid to act this way!

  Past 4 times ive been there, my food has been cold and old. Today I ordered food and they didn't even put any seasoning on any of my food. Tried calling to speak to a manager. will be calling corporate about this.

  Ordered 3 different flavors and they were painfully salty. I stopped eating after the first bite of each flavor. The inside of the Wing Stop wreaks of ammonia.

  When they first opened the place the wings were great now not so much, last time we ordered they were dried (almost with no sauce) and the time before last they put the wrong sauce on the wings, going back wasn't worth it so we ate only a few and discarded the rest, who ever was there when they first opened should come back, on the plus side staff is very nice and so is the atmosphere
