  RACIST EMPLOYEES Extremely disappointed with this location. My family and I ordered three sandwiches and waited nearly an hour for them to be made — an unreasonable amount of time for such a simple order. While we waited patiently, one of the employees, who introduced himself as Dylan, played music built on offensive, stereotypical depictions of Indian culture. We are not Indian ourselves, but this kind of behavior has no place in any customer-facing business, regardless of who it's directed at or intended to mock. Subway is a large, well-established brand, and customers rightfully expect staff to uphold a basic standard of professionalism and respect. Behavior like this reflects poorly not just on the individuals involved, but on the reputation of the company as a whole — it creates the impression that discrimination and harassment are tolerated at this location, which I doubt is consistent with corporate policy. Between the excessive wait time and this employee's conduct, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Subway. I'd strongly encourage management and HR to review staff conduct at this location and take appropriate corrective action

  I was ordering a sandwich for me and my family. however as we were ordering our food took almost an hour to make for 3 whole sandwiches. We waited patiently for them to make the sandwiches, but this one guy was being racist and played stereotypical Indian music as we were at the establishment. my family and I are not Indian, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable for two employees working for a big company with a high reputation and making it look like a place where discrimination and harassment is acceptable. Your HR department should have a look into these guys, as racial discrimination shouldn’t be something you give out to customers especially since you’re representing a big corporation like Subway. one of the employees working there was named Dylan.

  Try to get a sandwich, son says they're open till 10:00, I come in at 9:30 waving saying he's closed got the door locked already.
